Is there really a free plan?
Yes. Free forever with unlimited bookings, no credit card required. You can run your entire booking system without paying a penny. We earn from a small service charge on marketplace bookings.
What's the service charge?
When customers book through the NextBookin marketplace or an embedded widget, we charge a small fee: £1.50 on Free, £1.00 on Pro. Direct bookings through your booking page have no charge.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Upgrade to Pro instantly from your dashboard. Downgrade back to Free at any time — you'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing. Your data is safe. You'll lose access to Pro-only features but can re-enable them anytime by upgrading again.
Do you take a commission on bookings?
No commission, ever. We charge a flat service fee (£1-1.50) on marketplace/embed bookings only. Payments go directly to your Stripe account.
